IntroductionWular intends to be a simple, lightweight and extensible CMS project for Google App Engine(http://code.google.com/appengine/). Wular is still in planning phase. Until then checkout WularMini.

Since I am the only one developing Wular CMS, don't expect any activity on the discussion group.
