Swift is a GUI for the port of WebKit to Windows.
I'm doing here a clone in C# using the webkit .net compoment of Charn

PS: You will need Charn's modified WebKit build (the depencies on is homepage). Then register (with regsvr32) webkit.dll (the big one with 2.5MB).
