DirectZZT aims at building ZZT, offering great new features in terms of gameplay, scripting, all together with being able to use the ZZT-worlds from the original and being 100% compatible to ZZT-oop.
It features state-of-the-art DirectX-graphics (hence the name DirectZZT) and Multiplayer mode is planned - play of all your ZZT-maps with up to 4 players over LAN/Internet!
It also features a completely new scripting language ("PowerScript") which will enable you things you couldn't do with ZZT-oop! (or stuff, which is probably too hard to do there).
