Slideshow is a portable SDL based presentation framework. It's very flexible, and the presentations can be written using C++, Python, or XML. It supports True Type fonts, all the common types of images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, XCF, BMP, TIFF, etc.), MPEG videos, and progressive shows of text and images. It also has some animated backgrounds like plasmas, effects of light, or fires.
