Snowburst is a new simulation tool set for Systems Biology. The project will be based on new and existing code used in our other projects such as SBW, JDesigner, Jarnac, TinkerCell? etc. It will incorporate many new features not currently found in simulation software. In addition the project will be used to help inform the community on the development of new standards particularly those related to reproducibility.
