About Effo Framework ProjectThis is the Effo Framework (Effo Development Platform) project. Please visit Effo Project (e.g., Google "Effo Project") to learn more. The Effo Framework software and source code are under the terms of MIT licnese, see Effo Devel License for the details. The Effo Devel is known as the Effo Framework, and by convention we say "Effo Framework". The framework let C/C++ developers only need to modify or add little code when developing their applications and modules. It is known as Effortless Development or Effo Code Samples Driven Development. There're some applications (utilities or tools) in the current Effo Framework such as the Effo RslTool, the Effo SSO Burst tool, and the C9B.M.

2. Effo Framework Samples (Latest v0.1b6) File - framework.samples.tar.bz2 Notes - Download it and put it on a Linux, then use "tar jxvf" to decompress and unpack. See Effo Framework References for the detailed guide.
3. Effo RlsTool for all Effo Frameworks (Latest v0.6.6b14) File - rlstool.tar.bz2 Notes - Download it and put it on a Linux, then use "tar jxvf" to decompress and unpack. See Effo Framework References for the detailed guide.
4. Effo SSO Burst Utility (Latest v0.1.4b6) File - ssobst.tar.bz2 Notes - Download it and put it on a Linux, then use "tar jxvf" to decompress and unpack. It is for memory and memory interface (MC) performance and burst test (DDR2/3 Burst) on an x86_64 or compatible platform (e.g. Intel or AMD). The burst test uses SSO pattern(s) such as 10101010. The burst test is able to perform either write-only test or read-only test. See the design Memory Test from Linux User Space of the Effo GPLed project for more details about SSO burst, memory interface and memory test.

Stable Code BaselineSource code on SVN::trunk will be updated day-to-day, so if you need newest code, please get it from SVN::trunk, and maybe it cannot be compiled or has big bugs. While stable code will be tagged onto SVN::tags from the SVN::trunk after testing. When building up together with the code from other Effo member project(s) (e.g. Effo Core), you'd better refer to the Effo Code Baseline, so please read the baseline ID put on SVN::trunk/code_baseline. Whenever a new developer join the project, we'll make a source branch for the new member on SVN::branches. The reviewed code will be commited onto the SVN::trunk. For some special versions of the source code we'd also make the branches on SVN::branches. Please pay attention to the Effo Code Baseline to make the life easy.
