C#-SQLite clone with proposed changes for Mono/Linux/Mac OS X and further fixes.

This clone contains changes proposed and maintained by Stewart Adcock, partially developed under the sponsorship of MEDIT SA. All modifications are distributed under the terms of the MIT license.

As of mid-August, this clone can be compiled using both VS2010 and MonoDevelop 3.0.x, and may be run with either .Net 4.0 or Mono 2.10.x. The notable problem that remains is that on Mac OS X and Linux, db file locking is dubious/broken.

The intention is that these changes will be submitted back to the parent repository.
